We've posted an updated beta 3+ build (5.5.14) for DigitalPro 6, with fixes for metadata in DNG files, a new feature allowing the quick copy & paste of keywords from one image to other images and other small fixes.

Notes & directions:

You can install DP6 right alongside DP5. It will by default share the same catalog & most of your settings & templates.

Layouts are changed. If for some reason you do not see all the new commands you may need to reset your toolbar(s) using the small down arrow on the right side of the toolbars.

Hi David, got a chance to try it out this evening. The loading time for DNGs is significantly improved!! That's great. I see more of the file info showing in the Image Info window on the LT; will send a screen shot.
Hope to try a couple of the other fixes later - especially the keywording.

My 30 day trial has expired, so I'm locked out of Beta 2 and Beta 3. Is there a workaround?

Guess the pressure is on to get out a "paid copy" version

As an update, now I'm also locked out of DP5. Keep getting a dialog box asking for a new registration number, even though my registration number is entered in DP5.

Just got a message from David and I'm now all up and running again. As always, service is just great. Thanks.

I also installed DP6 beta alongside of DP4 that I had been using and now "the key has expired" and neither work. I tried entering the key found at the link above but it tells me "the key has already expired."

Andy--Two things to check:

1) Make sure the date on the dpcode.dll and dpexif.dll for DP6 are 1/19/2010 or newer. If they are not you may need to un-install, remove them by hand if they don't disappear, and then re-install.

2) Try the alternative beta serial number:
