I was thinking of the Select->Save Selection command where you can (it seems) save your selection into a different open doc or a new doc. Haven't ever really done that since I only use that command to save to masks, but thought it might be useful

Billy--That's great to hear and what I was hoping would happen when I first saw their release about support for NX2.

I'm also glad to hear about Smart Filter support, as it's a feature I've started to play with more recently.--David

Just call him up. He customizes the packs for the photographer. I have the super belt clip put on the Tuxedos. He is a one man show and he uses the best batteries. I have been using the batteries for a while now and they are better than the Quantum T

Thanks Billy, Having two monitors is new to me and the Mac also so I'm a little insecure right now I think. So far the Mac seems fine it just takes a little getting used to. I've always used PC's.

You need to set up Lightroom to import from a "watched" folder. But you have to buy Nikon's Control Pro to import from the camera into the watched folder. Annoying isn't it? :-)

When you run tethered, you don't see the preview on the scree

I have the 14-24mm, 24-70mm, and the 70-200mm. I need a good walk around lens in the 24-120mm range for the D3. I owned a very early version of the 24-120mm but found it to be one of Nikon's worst lenses. It was just too soft for professional work
