Robert--You beat me to it. I was just going to post a note about the tutorials when I saw yours. Thanks! Indeed they should be quite useful for anyone, even those who've used DigitalPro for awhile (or haven't used it at all) since they go through Moose's workflow step by step. He's spent a couple decades optimizing how he does his thing so it's worth knowing.

Learned a few new tricks using Moose's videos. Now I can't wait for version 4.2--guess I need to download the beta.

The instructional videos were a great idea. Probably need to be on your website, or, are they already.

I downloaded a trail version of Digital Pro 2 days ago (was actually trying to purchase it) and when I watched the first video the options Moose was using were not available on my trial version. Does anyone know if the trial version is a short version of the real thing?
Thanks,
John

The trial version (assuming you're downloading from proshooters.com where we keep the latest) is a full version. However you probably downloaded 4.1 (the official release version) while Moose's tutorials were built with the beta of 4.2.

The beta of 4.2 is certainly also available for trial (further down the page). If for some reason you still can't find something he is doing, please ask!--David

Thanks,
Specifically when I went to Window/Load Digital Pro Layout/ there was only the default option, not the Portrait Editing Layout that he was using. I will download 4.2 and see if it's there.

John,

Even if it's not there, you can easily move the different parts of the layout around until they either match the tutorial or meet your own criteria. You can then save the layouts as anything that you want.

Good luck and welcome to the forum

Yes, you can absolutely make up the Portrait Layout yourself.

We've also uploaded it to the Files section of the support site on proshooters.com, although it is designed for 4.2 and might not work correctly with earlier versions.

The tutorials are useful. I might be the only one who thinks this, but I think it would be useful to have these videos downloadable so they could be watched offline....just a thought.

Mike.

Mike--Glad you like the tutorials. Interesting suggestion about making them downloadable. I'll ask Moose what he thinks of the idea & whether it'd be possible.--David
